CSGuessr uses cookies and similar browser storage. The categories below describe their purpose.

Necessary

Necessary storage supports sign-in sessions, security, game-state continuity, preferences, anti-repeat clip behavior and request protection. It is used because the site cannot provide these functions reliably without it.

Analytics

Optional analytics storage is off until you allow it. When enabled, it supports a random visitor ID, session ID and a small batched analytics queue so CSGuessr can measure visits, registrations, rounds and popular features without sending a request for every click.

Advertising

Advertising storage is a separate optional category reserved for future monetization. V32.5 contains ad-ready placeholders but does not load AdSense or another external ad network.

Changing your choice

Your consent selection itself is stored so the site remembers your decision. You can reopen the controls whenever you want.

If Google advertising is enabled later for users in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, CSGuessr will also need the appropriate Google-certified consent-management setup. This first-party preference panel is not presented as that certification.
